We never even got our bill on Wednesday - tried to check it on the TV as instructed but the system was down - so dont know yet what we were charged.... Still waiting to see. Everytime we went to the reception desk the night before there was a massive queue and gave up in the end as we presumed the bill would be delivered to our cabin the next morning as other cruises do - forgot about it in the morning as we were disembarked really quickly. Hope you get your refund x.

We came off a couple of weeks back and we couldn't review bill on the final night, but everyone got paper copies at around 3am on the day of departure outside their door.

Reviewing the bill is very good advice as back in June we were enjoying the novelty of checking it on screen when I noticed that it was larger than I expected. When I went to guest relations they said there had been a computer error and that particular day lots of people had been double charged. I said they would probably get lots of complaints about it and she said they already had. Despite this, it seemed it was up to guests to challenge this double charge rather than RCI correcting it on the computer. I suspect a lot of people wouldn't even have noticed if they left it 14 days before checking. It's rather inefficient!....Liz.
