Just been on our first cruise ever - went on The Grandeur of the Seas with the Royal Caribbean. It was absolutely fantastic - am now a convert and will definetely go on another cruise. The staff were excellent particularly the waiters in the main restaurant.

Question by Brown, Holsworthy (25 Oct 10 11:17) about this REVIEW
Hi...We are booked on this ship and sail 2nd January from Panama. We to are first time cruisers and don't know what to expect. I am so pleased that you have enjoyed your trip as there are always mixed reviews for all trips. We have also booked a room with a balcony and have booked my time dining....it's the tipping service for this that I'm not too sure about...I know you have to pre-pay this. Also can you tell me which nights the formal nights were and what people wore?? We would like to dress up but it seems that with a lot of these cruises anything goes. We are sailing for a week and don't want to pack things that we won't wear. Look forward to hearing from you! Val
