overall happy, disembarkation shambles

Overall we were happy with the itinerary but did notice there has been an economy drive in the quality of the food and service. The part which stood out was the disembarkation shambles where no staff members were available first to direct people to the correct coach for the rest of their holiday/return home. In the end, many people were on the wrong coach, including ourselves. We only got off the wrong coach and onto the right one "in the nick of time", but with the help of other passengers, not Princess staff.
Quality of Food3
buffet - breakfast/lunch, restaurant - dinner
Entertainment5
equinox, liquid blue - fantastic
Shore Excursions2
only went to Ho Chi Minh city as an organised excursion, the rest we did on our own. Very disappointing that the ship docked only at commercial ports therefore wasted several hours travelling in and out.
Staff4
our restaurant manager and waiters were very attentive
Children's Facilitiesn/a
Onboard Activities1
we frequent the gym which was fairly well equipped but used by the staff during peak times, therefore we had to wait for machines to become available. Coupled by the fact that during the cruise, some machines became "out of order", this resulted in frustrating waits.
