First time cruisers and had been a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, however we could not have enjoyed ourselves more! From the moment we stepped onboard the staff were marvellous despite the fact that they seemed to work 24 hours a day, even the captain and his officers joined in the entertainment some evenings and the captain, J C, is a riot. Passengers were a truly mixed bunch from all walks of life and I think the staff`s friendliness rubbed off on everyone as no matter where you were other passengers always passed the time of day. Yes, as some people say the ship is a bit tired in areas but the cabins were spotless and officers were always visable in the dining areas making sure things ran like clockwork. The entertainment was far superior to what I have seen in recent years in 4 star hotels, as was the food. One downside was the public toilets, there were not enough of them and it was sometimes quicker to go to your cabin even if it was 4 decks up. All in all my husband and myself would rate this as the best holiday we have ever had and would not hesitate to return or to reccommend the experience to friends.

| Quality of Food | |
| Beachcomber food available 24 hours, very good quality, same menu in Island restaurant but surroundings more plush with part waiter service, also ate 1 night in Oasis although we were all inclusive, first class felt like royalty for £26 with a bottle of wine included. | | Entertainment | |
| Ocean theatre put on some fantastic shows, costumes, lighting and sound fantastic | | Shore Excursions | |
| Only went on 1 excursion to Rome and Vatican City, cost £69 including lunch, with hindsight would rather have done my own thing as it was just too organised, having to keep sight of tour guide at all times when I would liked to have spent more time on things of a personal interest, also fairly fast paced, not for the fainthearted, was utterly exhausted. | | Staff | |
| Leonardo(who insisted his surname was Di Caprio) and Constantine, both who were waiters were great, but a special mention to our cabin steward , Maria, who kept us entertained with our towel animals, and who also managed to get my spectacles fixed when the leg broke off. | | Children's Facilities | n/a |
| | Onboard Activities | |
| Always plenty going on but we preferred to soak up the sun. | | Cabins | |
| Cabins are small, but you spend very little time in them, cleaned twice a day with beds being turned down for you in the evening, no complaints at all in fact better than expected having read previous reviews. | | Overall Rating | |
