My husband and myself recently went on the Irish Jig Mini cruise on the Black Prince which we very much enjoyed. The cruise started from Greenock across to Dublin then on to Liverpool where we disembarked.

The service we received on board was first class in every way from all the staff, the food and cabin was very good.

The entertainment on board the Black Prince was very good.

This was our 3rd cruise on Black Prince and we wll be sorry to see the ship"s retirement in October 2009.

Quality of Food5
Royal Garter Restaurant. We ate a full english breakfast and in the evening a three course meal from the selection on the menue
Entertainment5
Both of the enterainment were excellent. On the first evening the comedian was DON REID. On the second evening the MERSEY BEAT LEGENDS a 60"s Band.
Shore Excursions5
The shore excursion we wanted to go on was cancelled so we went into Dublin on the shuttle bus then onto a Dublin Tour Bus,where we could visit the attractions of the city.
Staff5
Our cabin maid and waiter in the restaurant were excellent, as were all the other staff on the ship.
Children's Facilities5
We did not take any children with us on the cruise.
Onboard Activities5
There was plenty of choice of activities onboard, something to suit everyone.
Cabins5
Our cabin was clean and had everything in it we needed and the size was right for the two of us.
