This was a 14 day Cruise aboard Ocean Village 2. This was a very nice ship with excellent facilities on board including first class Dining facilities and good food. We selected an outside Cabin in Deck 11, which was very spacious and newly decorated. However, the entertainment was rather weak, but the acrobats performing on Top Deck (all Columbians) were fantastic. The reason for selcting this cruise was to visit Athens and Istanbul. All these venues were very interesting in their own way, but, as expected, very crowded. Korcula in Croatia was another very interesting place, a mini version of Dubrovnic. WEe were disappointed with the visit to Lesbos, The whole place seem dirty with graffiti everywhere, however, there were very pretty places to visit inland. I won't comment on Corfu, Venice and Rhodes as most people are all aware of the facilities and te beauty offered within these destination.
Allk in all, a very enjoyable experience, but I wish that Ocean Village wuld cease to advertise this ship for the 35 age group as the avereg age seemed more like 50 plus with most of the "inmates" having cruise many times before. I(t seems that Ocean Village 2 will soon leave the fleet and cruise around Australasia from 2010, a pity as it is a nice ship offering many good points and good cabin space.

| The best entertainment by far was an acrobatic troupe of 6 from Columbia who performed daring high trapeze on top deck and within the "village Sqare" 3 times a week. Most of the resident singerswere rather weak and the comedian was for adult only. | | Shore Excursions |  |
