We cruised on Ventura on 22 May to the Norwegian Fjords. On our arrival in Southampton we were extremely impressed with the service we received, both with taking our car and booking onto the ship. The new terminal had only opened that week so the service we got was first class. With regard to our stay about Ventura. As a retired couple, who have cruised with P & O many times, we were a little reluctant to try Ventura as we knew it was geared up for families. Our worries were completely unfounded as we had an excellent week on a very spacious and well organised ship. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the cabin was very comfortable and the food was delicious and well presented. Although there were quite a number of children on board as it was half term they were superbly looked after and were no trouble at all. We would thoroughly recommend Ventura as a ship which caters for all ages and would certainly go on her again. Liz & Don Toney Warwick
