We had nothing to compare the ship with but it seemed OK. The cabin was fine albeit a bit tired. The food was good, especially in James Martin's restaurant and La Luna restaurant. The Phillipino staff were the best thing about the whole cruise - extremely friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment was terrible, apart from the acrobatics on deck. The on-shore excursions were extremely over-priced, poor quality and value.

We would not reccommend Ocean Village to our friends and family.

we've been 7 times on ocean village and love it going again next year would agree the entertainment is a bit repetative but found trips to be expensive on all ships. Found food good plenty for vegetarians and yes staff are lovely and helpful and cabins very clean and comfortable.

The food was good but you have given it 1 star? All shore excursions on whatever cruise you are on are expensive. OVs are no worse or no better than any other cruise line. Entertainment - I would tend to concur but you can do other things. I'm not really sure why you so definitely would not recommend Ocean Village when you liked the food, the staff were good and the service was very good. Ocean Village is a lot better value for money than RCI and I speak from a very costly experience with them.
