Princess Cruise November 2008 - Panama Canal.
I could not fault one little item on this cruise ship, we had the most wonderful time. The Cabins were clean and we were well looked after from the stewart. I would recommend an outside cabin with balcony, it was just lovely to sit outside and watch all the different wildlife. Also a better way to see the Panama Canal although we did go up on deck also, but I found that to be a little claustraphobic has there were many people on deck too trying to take pictures. The food was brilliant as much as you could eat at any time. The buffet restaurant had washing facilities for hands before you entered the buffet such a good idea in this day and age. The main restaurant the staff were extremely warm and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Pools and decks were spotless. The bars and staff were also very welcoming and we joined in most nights on the entertainment. Quiz Nites, Who wants to be a Millionaire etc, etc. Always remember to tip the Bar Staff!!! The night entertainment, sometimes good, sometimes pretty boring and that is the only bad point I can think of, besides the queueing at the Port in Fort Lauderdale to board the ship on the first day, patience is a virtue. We did all our own excursions and found it easy to arrange, quite often we would team up with different people and hire a mini bus and go off for the day, that way, we would meet lots of new people. As always on these Cruises, some people are friendly, some are not (it takes all sorts). My friends might tell you different, but my favourite place was Costa Rica, loved it saw the infamous Toucan. It did rain maybe once on our cruise, but we just went to the games room and played scrabble, dominoes (how sad are we!!!) but we did have a few drinks too! to while away our time. All in all excellent service all round, would definately do it again. Last but not least, not forgetting Grace Mitchell our tour operator from www.cruise.co.uk, she was brilliant and as this was our first cruise she guided us all the way, we will be back Grace. Thank You. Thank You Princess Cruises you may our holiday a memorable one.

| We actually did our own. But my favourite Costa Rica, least favourite I cant remember the place, but was after we went through the Panama Canal. Nothing at this place, only worth getting off if you were perhaps going to Panama City. | | Staff | |
| There was not one, but several. The guy who looked after our cabin, bar staff, restaurant staff who looked after our table, which we would go back to night after night. Some of Entertainment Staff were particularly friendly too. | | Children's Facilities | n/a |
