We have just returned from our 21 day Cruise to the Panama Canal on Royal Caribbean Jewel of the Seas. The inside cabin situated on deck 9 was one of the best we have had, plenty of hanging and storage space, toilet and shower facilities very good, cabin staff excellent, always a happy smile and a chat when they saw us out and about and they kept our cabin spotless. The Windjammer where we ate our breakfast and mid day meal was kept very clean and was always well stocked with a good choice of food and beverages for everyone. Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate day and night, free. Our evening meal in the main dining room was good but the menu's repeated a few times so with 21 nights at sea it became a bit boring and the puddings were not up to the standard of other Cruise lines we have been on.
The Library was poorly furnished with books and the suduko and crossword puzzles were repeated because apparently on a back-to-back cruises this is what they do. The card room was excellent although there never seemed to be enough tables. We had a Bridge director on board unfortunately the cards and the bidding boxes went missing on the previous trip and the new bridge director had to buy new cards etc.
The Coral Theatre was excellent with enough seating for those who wanted to be entertained. The entertainment was hit and miss, the ships singers and dancers were excellent but some of the acts brought on board were disappointing. Another plus was the cinema although films were a bit dated. I would certainly with Royal Caribbean again because although there were a few shortcomings they do represent good value for money.

Most enjoyable was the ships singers and dancers also the wels singer the least enjoyable was the violinist
Shore Excursions3
The least favourable was the dragons breath in Laberdee, because it was cancelled boo-hoo. The best was swimming with the Stingray in Grand Cayman north sound.
