Ship could do with a face lift. Was disappointed that we did not get to stay in Venice for the scheduled two days and felt that the explanation given was lame. Ship was full to capacity and found it near impossible to get into any of the shows - although this perhaps reflected how good they were. Food as usual was excellent only surpassed by the fabulous staff. Weather was not good which never helps. Restaurants were very full and it would have been a good idea, especially on the days at Sea, to have the non-24 hour restaurants open for longer periods to stop the crushes. Enjoyed the 'in-house' entertainment. he entertainment staff were very good as usual, going out of their way to welcome you back on board and making you feel like a valued customer.

hiya ive done island 6 times and yes shows are very busy but they allways do 2 shows at night unless thompsons have changed this . they do earrly one and late one and we allways managed to get seat .as for restaurant we allways to get seat some times you had to wait maybe few mins to waiter reset tables and escoted you to table .maybe you just went at bad time .glad to see ross and mike still with them they pair are a scream great at there jobs .

What was the lame excuse for Venice ? As for the shows - it is often said that the problem you encountered exists.
