We recently cruised from Barcelona to Miami on the Regatta this was our second cruise with Oceania and we would have to say that it was as good if not better thatn the first. It was a repositioning cruise but this did not effect the service or quality of the cruise we received. The ship is smaller than most that cross the Atlantic Ocean but being November we expected some high seas and where pleasantly surprised to find that the weather was sunny and fair for most of our crossing and when the seas did get a little rough around Bermuda the ship handled it very well. We had 3 stops on the 14 night trip, Tangier Morocco, Maderia with an overnight in Bermuda which gave us plenty of time to see the island. We found that the trip was well planned with excursions covering all the highlights in each stop off and something for everyone.

The accommodation was second to none, staterooms well laid out with everything you could possible need, bathrobes, slippers, excellent room service included, very clean and well maintained by cabin staff.

The food on board was excellent with plenty of choice even for someone with special dietary requirements, which the restaurant staff went out of their way to met. There are also two speciality restaurants which did have to be booked but at no extra cost unlike some other cruise lines. Oceania has a anytime dining system which works well even on a full ship.
The only negative is the high price of drinlks on board especially wine.

Entertainment is simple but good with the guest presenters being of good quality, there are no large floor shows but the entertainment was just right for us as we like to spend time over our evening meal without have to rush to meet showtime. Plenty of 'live' music on board especially if you like to dance which we do. Plenty of daily activities available if you want to take part with a special 'Country Fair' which all the staff and guest can take part in together on the pool deck on one of the 'at sea' days.

All in all it was an excellent cruise and I would highly commend Oceania for keeping their individual style and special personal service in these days of mass production. They are an excellent cruise line if you are looking for something a little special.
