Although we checked in on line we still had to line up at the port for over an hour without refreshment or seating, not good when you are disabled with a heart and muscle condition. One late afternoon we could not find seating for a meal at the Windjammer restaurant.Smoking is a problem in most of the Bars on board even though we sat in the no-smoking areas.Reception and advice staff on board are not very efficient,,very slow dealing with problems eg descrepencies with bills on final evening.

We ate breakfast in the main restaurant on two occasions and the other times in the windjammer.lunch in the windjammer when able to find a seat. The Swan lake restaurant in the evenings.
