Although we checked in on line we still had to line up at the port for over an hour without refreshment or seating, not good when you are disabled with a heart and muscle condition. One late afternoon we could not find seating for a meal at the Windjammer restaurant.Smoking is a problem in most of the Bars on board even though we sat in the no-smoking areas.Reception and advice staff on board are not very efficient,,very slow dealing with problems eg descrepencies with bills on final evening.
