Oh, thats OK then! Hardly the point is it? I happen to like the Berlitz guide and will keep it and refer to it many times so I do want one to keep (not sure why I need to explain that to anyone!). Of course I could just go and buy one but as I said previously, not really the point is it? I went to the trouble of writing a review, the owners of this site have so far not kept their end of the bargain and as you can see below this is not an isolated case. So, if other cruisers think that by submitting a review here they will automatically get a Berlitz guide, they are now more informed.

A certain amount? That's not what was stated when I wrote the review and it is at least average in length compared to other reviews here.

Did you read it fully, here is an exact copy taken from the header:-The online review you write should be a cruise you have been on in the last 2 years. The review must be new and cannot be posted elsewhere on any other website. It should be fair, honest, informative, and publishable and must be at least 200 words in length. Only 1 Berlitz guide will be sent per household. Dispatch of books is on a first come first serve basis
