Our great expectations met

Destination: Mediterranean Age: 56-65
Sailed with Thomosn Cruises again. Have sailed many times and this includes the larger ships such as those of the Royal Carribbean and Princes Cruises. This time we did Jewels of the mediterranean-cruises/">Mediterranean. Weather was great which is always a good thing. The staff on the Spirit are both courteous and efficient. everything is well-organised. The cabin was an average outside cabin, well looked after by the cabin steward. We ate at the Lido restaurant during the day and in the Compass Rose in the evening. The waiters were first class as was the Maitre D. Excursions were well-organised by the Thomson Destination desk on board. We particularly enjoyed both Pompei and Corsica. (Pompei is a must to see). There were plenty of activities on board; personally I like the casino (and I won). Entertainment was first class and beats that of the larger ships. All-in-all a great holiday.
