I don't think you were on the same Cruise as everybody else ! Shore excursions expensive ?? They ranged from £8 - £95 for a Helicopter ride, mmmmmmm, how much do you normally pay for a bus, taxi or train ride ?? The staff were all new to the ship and didn't know one another so I can understand them not smiling 100% of the time. Do you smile 100% of the time ?? Did that really bother you so much ?? The Cabins were excellant in size and comfort. The bed was lovely and the bedding beautiful. The decor bright and cheery. A fridge and tea making facilities, hairdryer, TV, on screen billing - terrific ! The entertainment was good and variable. If you like to play the one arm bandits then maybe you don't really understand theatres and Comedy Clubs, dances, discos and Classical piano music, talent shows, etc.....

There were too much kids/teenagers running about on the landings and stairs. Too much noise from mostly the teenagers. As an experienced cruiser i would say the food wasn't as good and not a great amount of choices. The staff that served at the restraunt was friendly only because we sat there everyday. Booking the seats was alot of hassel because we were only aloud to book the current days and the day after and we made it quite obvious that we wanted to stay on the same table during our cruise. Like on other cruises, we were aloud to stay on the same table throughout our stay.The staff were quite slow at working and their personality wern't so great compared to other ships. I was dissapointed that you had to pay for some movies in the cabin. The swimming pools were good because they dont use salt water and the indoor swimming pool was very convenient. The cruise DVD wasn't so great and quite boring for that price.

I went in May with the wife for 2 wweeks.Thought everything was superb.We had freedom dinning and every evening we ate when we wanted two and never had to wait.The staff were always helpful and cheerful especially Lisa and the guys from Ramblas.We cant wait to go again! Steve Jones Gower

Cabins were the best we have encountered, cabin steward was excellent. Club dining and staff were as good as always. Excursions were good but I agree somewhat expensive. The other faults I agree with.
