Joined QM2 in Southampton - What a beautiful ship !!! Had a lovely stateroom - sheltered balcolny, keep clean, but ashtray was often not emptied. Britannia restaurant - good service from Ricky and lovely food - but Vegetarian selection was limited, unlike QE2 where there was a seperate vegetarian menu. The Canyon Ranch Spa was very relaxing - had an amazing massage Entertainment was good, but some same routines as on QE2 - RADA performances were very good. We had booked 2 nights in New York - very swift disembarkation process and transfer to hotel (Marriott Marquis), but the Cunard representative at the hotel was very vague and did not give us any information about leaving hotel and what would happen with our bags - as a result a lot of people had to check out and move own bags to airport transfer (an older couple had a struggle with this) - not Cunard standard or style !! But overall a lovely time.

Britannia restaurant - loses points for lack of Vegetarian choice and menu - better on QE2
