Having just returned from the canries on board the Oceana 4th Oct 2008.
Places visited first class, weather none better, staff above the call of duty, food in the club dining Oh to die for !!
This is my word of warning though, under no circumstances pick cabins c522, c528 ,c524 and c526 all on deck 9. As according to P& O brochure you are above the winners sport bar where you can watch sport or just ponder your thoughts.
I don think so !!!!! In reality you are directly above a band which is placed in the same spot every night in the winners bar, music is played very loud until 12.45 am every night. Yes complain and you will receive the reply "well we will try to turn it done " dont hold your breath. We had the officers visit us at 11.45 pm and even they agreed the noise and vibration of the floor was far to loud, however they could do nothing. Oh and just so you dont feel to lonley when the band finishes in the winners bar the night club 2 floors below !! is allowed to turn up there sound and you will here this until 3.00am plus.
I am not a oap I like music as well as the next guy, I also like to have fun, but in this case it does not do as the tin says !

P & O i will cruise again but not on oceana !!
