Cruise Ship: Seven Seas Voyager Sailed: November, 2006
Destination: Transatlantic Age: 65+
A beautiful clean ship, with excellent food, superb shows, suites quite small. Limited public rooms. Morning coffee is in a corner of an open walking area (inside) and one of the worst points is the main lounge used for tea followed by trivia and followed by bingo. There is no other public room allocated. If you want to see a film, there is no cinema, but a small room set aside where you take your chair to be seated, quite unbelievable.
Golf is played down the staircase of the antrium, really pathetic. The staff were wonderful. For a clasification of a six star ship it is truly amazing. Would not with to sail on her again.

Hi I dont normally reply to comments ,but it might be worth you giving it another try ,we found it excellent .I agree about the bingo and trivia ,but it did only last about 1/2 hour we went in either just before then left or afterwards ( it isnt our cup of tea either!) they might have changed the coffee lounge ,because there are glass panels with picture etchings on now and you walk into it like a room .Also we never saw any golf played anywhere inside, there was no activities at all in the atrium .We were probably lucky with the people on our cruise it was all very civilised (I am just 50 )we dont like the razamataz that you get on some of the other lines. give it another try or at least another regent ship ,thanks for giving the chance to reply HAPPY FUTURE SAILING

The Voyager needs more public rooms, that is the problem. It's not the question of a cinema or hitting a golf ball down a staircase.

There is a cinema on every 5/6 star ship except the Voyager which has a small room set aside and a few chairs and everyone is annoyed. As far as golf is concerned, I suggest Roth should use the upper deck otherwise stay on a land golf course. Its pathetic for a ball to be rolling down a staircase when people want to walk down that stairway, for safety alone this should be abolished.

Largest entry level cabin at sea. While people do putt an impomtu obstacle course on the carpet for laughs, there are golf nets out on deck for those with a more serious interest in golf. If you want to see a film, complimentary DVD in your suite. If you want to go to the cinema, I suggest you wanted a land vacation
