Having returned from Black Watch Iberian Cruise on 1st December 2008 the ship which I have
sailed on many times handled vary well in heavy seas and increasing wind factor.Deck were suspend
due to very strong winds. For those who have not cruised before and not witnessed life at sea the downside is
to hold onto the handrails.Always take seasickness tablets or wrist bands with you.All these aids can be obtained at the ships shop. Most of the ships activities go ahead but on this cruise the rolling and pitching was a major factor crossing the
B iscay. The crossing took about two days and the ship had to average a speed of 15nk to avoid being damaged. If you are affected choose lower decks midships
