I was on this ship and found lots of nice people all over the ship!!! we avoided the Lido lounge smoking area as we don't like the smell of cigarette smoke. We are not from the 1920's nor were most of the other passengers that we spoke to. Those who were of this era were still able to enjoy themselves and have a laugh. We found the Observatory Lounge and Morning Light Pub suited our needs and enjoyed listening to the Rosario Trio.

Okay, so this isn't the most articulate of reviews, but what puzzles me is how anyone can spend several thousand of pounds on a cruise without doing any research first. A glance at their brochure will show you that Fred. Olsen provides a traditional cruising experience which tends to appeal to people of more mature years. We are a couple in your age range, and we like being the youngsters on board Fred. Olsen ships!

Surely in 28 days you must have enjoyed something? The weather? The ports you visited? How many shows did you see? Were they well attended? Were they poor or just not to your taste? How many activities did you join in? Were many other people participating? Do you make a career out of complaining? I hope never to be on the same ship as you. J. Cooke (no relation)

28 nights merit only 4 lines of badly spelled, badly punctuated, ill considered review? Can we take this seriously? I think not.

You don't have to be eloquent to complain!
