Booked for Ocean Village 2 after going on the OCean Village 1 in Febuary and saying never again .One of our group has an electric wheelchair and on our last cruise was broken in transit and we were left to struggle .Any way we gave them another go .From the word go at the airport we were all looked after John kept his chair till we got on the plane bit off a struggle at Palma having to get bags and get to coach John nealy ended up under it .Booking in not very helpfull for dissabled should be seperate booking .Once on the ship could not fault it really nice had been updated good food entertainment ok and very pleased with the staff .Our biggest regret was the trips we booked which were booked as wheelchair friendly, the first was to Florence and Pisa and after asking the excursion staff if it really was ok for someone having an electic wheelchair and they said yes in fact the pavements are to high and to cobbley and a lot of places we could not get around we did complain but staff were not very helpfull. Our next trip we cancelled for John in his wheelchair because the last one had upset him .Just as well we cancelled we went to Montecarlo and Monaco fantastic but not for wheelchair users . All I would like to say is do your own homework for excursions dont just rely on brochures and someone not knowing the needs of dissabled passengers.Pam Robertson.
