We were on the same cruise unfortunately. Went with an open mind having read other reviews thought that people moaned for no reason, totally agree with this reiew it was our fifth cruise (not with MSC) We could not get any television reception or e mails for the five days we were at sea. It became a joke as to wether we would receive the correct drinks that we ordered! The cabins and ship were excellent but deffinately not the staff. As far as I know most guests opted out of the tipping system as the service was so bad. Has put us off MSC and would certainly not be recommending them to anyone!

We have cruised in excess of 20 times but first time with msc. Embarcation was dissorganised, disembarcation was total chaos. Over 100 people were left without transfers to airport, senior staff had could not care less attitude. We only made flight by skin of our teeth & the help of a german rep. from Kouni. Food in the evening was always cold & of poor quality, table staff were untrained & inexperienced. There are a lot of cruise ships now available & msc had better improve or else they will lose out to other lines. Although this cruise was not expensive, we are not difficult to please, we would not reccommend msc.
