Our first time with Princess and definitely not our last! The dine anytime procedure instead of fixed dining is such a step forward. It allows you to meet more people and importantly allows you not to have to eat with the same people every night. You also meet more dining staff which is also a benefit. This ship was a delight the voyage from Citivecchia to Venice via Athens, a trip we had done several times before is about the best in the Med. The cabin was on the small side in comparison to other ships we have sailed on but the cabin staff could not be faulted. Fortunately Princess do not leave you with the embarrassing task of tipping staff - this process occurring automatically unless you chose to opt out. Unfortunately there are many who do opt out; it really is time that staff were paid a sensible salary and did not have to depend on tips. The bars were good , the entertainment entertaining, the casino where I spend much of my cruise was very well managed and interestingly decorated. The cinema is a big feature on this ship and keeps the teenagers out of the way. We did not use the shore services as we prefer to always walk ashore. In summary, great ship, great cruiseline, great itinery, great holiday - will certainly use Princess again.
