The ambience, food and service aboard Mozart were uniformly excellent, as was the evening entertainment both on board and in Vienna; I have already written to Peter Deilmann to commend one young lady in particular who, recognosing that I was and am disabled, repeatedly went out of her way to help me hn I had difficulty of any sort.
The only thing both my wife and I questioned was the tipping policy; We feel that tipping should be a personal decision (as indeed the Company acknowledged in the cabin leaflet) and we strongly dislike the idea of "pooling", which ofcourse destroys the "personal" element. We further believe that those crew members who do not come in contact with passengers should be paid a wage adequate to render tips unnecessary.
