After a painless flight and transfer to the Mozart, we found that we had been booked into the correct room, but the room was a twin, and not a double as booked. The boat was fully booked and we thought that the holiday was going to be all downhill from there. Enter Andrew Gardener ( CEO of Cruise.co.uk ) also on holiday on the Mozart. Half an hour later problem solved, double room as booked. Thank You Andrew.
From the moment the Mozart left Passau to the end of the holiday, everything was perfect. The Staff could not do enough for us, the Itineraries were a great mix of sights, learning and relaxation. The Mozart was a floating Country House Hotel of the very highest quality and our first river cuise, won,t be our last.

Quality of Food5
Quality food, cooked to the highest standards
Entertainment4
Good quality classical entertainment
Shore Excursions4
All trips very good in there own way, local guides were outstanding. Vienna, Budapest and Bratislava, three capitals of three countries I,d never been to before. A great taster and introduction to these places.
Staff5
All staff took responsibility for making our holiday just that, a holiday. The level of service on this boat is as good as anything sailing anywhere, if not better.
Children's Facilitiesn/a
Onboard Activities3
When it comes to activities, size matters!. Small boat = less activities, but a good mix of people on the Mozart more than made up for any short falls in activities.
Cabins4
Yes, very nice. Better than anyother river boat we saw.
