As an experienced cruiser, this was a brand new experience for me, my first river cruise from Potsdam (Berlin) to Prague and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!! It depends on what you look for in cruising. If you want, bingo, anytime dining, lots of nightlife and balcony cabins, forget it - it isn't for you. If you are happy with glorious, leisurely travel through some breathtaking country, a beautiful, small boat with house party atmosphere, a cabin which has a large picture window onto the passing river and with a bathroom which was fully TILED with gold fitments (and not with plain tiles either - it was beautifully done and larger than many bathrooms I have had on cruise ships), inclusive excursions in each port of call, then this is your cruise experience.
Unfortunately, there was a problem and we had to stop in Melnik, but all passengers were bussed into Prague on the last day for their excursion, or for free time for that matter and full arrangements were made for disembarking on the next day by the company. All 27 staff were brilliant and professional and could not do enough for you.
The boat had a very experienced chef who came up with interesting and traditional dishes in the 7-9 course dinners and lunches. The food was served piping hot and looked wonderful.
This company is unfortunately looking for a buyer and may disappear at the end of the season, which seems an awful shame. I will try their competitors to get another very relaxing holiday.

| Quality of Food | |
| Single seating dining, with not extensive but ample choices, Interesting to look at and taste, and served piping hot. | | Entertainment | |
| Limited to the resident pianist in the lovely lounge, with visiting musical entertainers in the ports visited, but good for what there was. One visiting group were superb! | | Shore Excursions | |
| One excursion in each port of call, Meissen and Dresden were the pick for me as I had previously visited Prague, which was a definitie favourite with my fellow passengers who hadn't | | Staff | |
| Wonderful. Nothing was too much it seemed | | Children's Facilities | n/a |
| N/A Not suitable for children | | Onboard Activities | n/a |
| Limited but not really an "activity" cruise | | Cabins | |
| Cabin was lovely, larger than expected and with a decent sized tiled bathroom. It contained all the things you would expect on larger cruise ships (safe, mini bar, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, slippers and bathrobes, phone) | | Overall Rating | |
