Did anybody mention when the Ventura update was going to be? It was supposed to be March but it doesn't seem likely now.

Google ship refits and look at the gap between sailings. Also go on the P&O advice centre and tap in ship refits. Brings up all the dates.

Try Cruise and Maritime - specifically 'Marco Polo'. They look after single passengers very well. Also book late to get a good deal.

If you tell P&O that you are a veggie before hand they look after you very well. Each evening you are bought the following days menus and an extra veggie menu to choose from. It does mean that you have to choose the day before but yo do get lots of choice. If you had spoken to the head waiter I'm sure he could of sorted this out for you.

Have travelled solo on Celebrity and MSC. Definitely not been treated any differently and in same age group as this lady. Yes I agree prices are nearly double unless you get a good deal which I did with MSC. Get a helpful person at WWWCruise.co. UK and see what they can come up with. MSC seated me on a table with a married couple and three single men around my age and we all got on well. This was in timed dining in the evening.
