we booked our first balcony cabin on the oceana cruising 30th aug/6th sept. how disappointed we where to find that there was a painting gantry parked on the side of our cabin which partially obstructed our view. condensation formed during the night and ran down onto the balcony floor, wetting the cushions on the lounger..Wrote to PO who offered me 100 credit towards our next cruise i replied that i would like the difference between an outside and balcony cabin. PO again replied that customer feedbac said no problem but upped the offer to £150. beware cabin 732 on the oceana, dont pay for a balcony that you cannot enjoy.
