Sorry if this a bit late, time flies! Having done our 3rd and final cruise with Ocean Village, it was lovely to see familiar faces but sad to think this was to be our last! Our cabin was comfortable, clean and the ensuite shower was bigger than we had had with another cruise company. The food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the entertainment - some people were disappointed that the Planets show was cancelled twice due to high winds, but we had seen it before so were not too upset by that as all the other live entertainment more than made up for it.

My friend and I had a good (but nervous) laugh when we were dragged up to be the'Supremes' with the fabulous tribute to Diana Ross, what a shame we never got a picture of it, only a very giggly memory.

The destinations were very interesting. Cairo was a long, tiring and fractious day. I have to say that the hassle we got from the locals, almost outweighed the thrill of seeing one of the Wonders.

We met some lovely people and never had a dull day, even when we had the heaviest rainful I have ever encountered in Athens and Crete. My madcap friend and I had lots of laughs, especially when we took our companion Ollie the Orange out on trips, we have pictures of Ollie on the Bridge of Sighs in Venice, sunbathing and draped on a sarong in Coatia and posing by a fountain in Crete. Shame I ate him the last day, haha!

Little Jo and the other members of the entertainment crew, worked untiringly to keep everyone happy and entertained, always cheerful. The disco played mainly cheesey music - you could do better there OV!

All in all, why is such a popular and well booked cruise going Down Under? Come back OV, we luv ya babee!

More than adequate in size, the cabin was comfortable - a little noisey near the bulkheads at thr front. Nice to have the kettle for that early morning cuppa.
