went on the ncl jade in jan 2012. the embarkation was very smooth and even though there were queues it wasnt long before getting aboard. this was my 2nd trip on her, the service and entertainment on board are very good the crew are great, very helpful, always smiling and make you feel very welcome. i had an unknown banging in my cabin, behind the wall panals, i went to reception and within 20 mins it had been sorted. im on a specialist diet and even though it is a restrictive diet, i had a good mixture of food prepared for me. its a very relaxed enviroment aboard i will be booking again.

both in main restaurant and garden cafe. also tried cagneys...... very good value

the magician very good

Hi, my name is Jose, I am one of the singers in 4ever. We are not always on board the Jade but very often. If you tell me the dates I tell you if we are on board or not...

we have just returned on 16th feb 4ever were on a couple of times but dont know if they are still on board the stardust had a west end show called shout which is a 60s girls theme we enjoyed that

Hi, thanks for your review. Please can you advise if guests have to dress up on formal nights when dining in the main restaurant? We're not sure about the dress code for formal nights on NCL, the brochure says its casual, but I wonder if guests tend to wear suits & evening dresses? Also, are the saunas & steam rooms free of charge. Thanks

We have been with NCL several times. We have always dressed smart casual for the evenings. No ties or jackets. If you wish to dress more formally there is no prolem

Hi We´ve been on the Jade three times so far and always dress sart/casual for dinner. Some people wear evening clothes, but they are in the minority. Jacquie
