Once we had booked our cruise we started to read some very negative reviews for MSC Poesia, people not happy with the food; service; etc....our advice is do not be put off......we had one of the best cruises and for a great price.
We always use the main restaurant for Dinner, we found the food to be of a good standard and the service excellent, the only disappointment was the lack of deserts, unless you like cheesecake, which I don't....
We had a balcony cabin on deck 8, the cabin was a bit smaller than other balcony cabins on the higher decks, to be fair this was reflected in the price, we just had not realised when we booked, you get what you pay for.
The entertainment was 1st class, the production team put on a great show every evening which has a variety. some thing for every one, we especially liked the girl who bonounced on a beam, not easy on a ship that was rocking.
This was a great cruise and excellent value for money, we will be going on the MSC Poesia again for sure.
