Hello,
We have been on a cruise in September on the MSC Poesia and we had a wonderful time. The ship is wonderful and the crew was very nice. We liked the shows, the food and the hospitality service we were offered as my husband needed assistance, because he was useing a wheelchair at that time due to an incident he had before we left for the cruise. We travelled by taxi when we were on land and I think we made a bargain of it and saw many more places. I have no complaints about the cruise but if I may say they need more childcare facilities to keep the kids busy during the day and maybe at evening mealtimes. One thing that bothered me was the emergency drill, for me it was not taken seriously as the crew gathered people inside the lounges and bars instead on deck exactly where every one should be shown the boat to safety. I know it was only a drill but in a real emergency and with all the panic I do not know how it would have been handled. Anyway. The kids club is not very organised and I think it needs a lot of responsibility to take care of children. On the whole we had a wonderful week. Thanks to all the MSC staff.
