My partner and I have just returned from a weeks cruise on the island escape and it would be very hard to beat this cruise on a value for money basis.
The ship is what I would say is tired but nothing a lick of paint and update off decor wouldnt hurt.
This was our second cruise aboard the Island Escape, the staff are fantastic allways greeting you with a smiling face
The food on the island escape is mainly buffet style, which is fine, but they also have a fine dining restaurant which you have to pay a small charge for.
The entertainment staff on board work very hard to keep people entertained, but I advise people to be early at the theatre showings as they did get rather full.
Excursions are pricey, so we did'nt bother
On the whole we had a great time aboard the Island Escape, and we shall be returning next year for our third cruise
