I wrote a review back in December/January (more than 200 words) of my November cruise on Balmoral (Fred.Olsen) and was told I would receive a Berlitz Guide - but it hasn't come!

very surprised - I have been on Balmoral four times and I have written several reviews - every time I have received a Guide.

Just phone the free phone number at the top of the page and ask why they have not sent it. By the way I am still waiting for mine from July.
