Queens Grill suite Q5

Reviewed By: on
Have sailed on QE2,QM2 and QV and will be on QM2 on Monday.
Always in grill suites.
Cunard is the tops in my opinion and have no complaints of service, food, staff and entertainment.
However I booked QV December 2010 Queens Grill Q5 suite 8163, and was extremely disappointed the cabin was smaller than Princess suites with an enormous balcony, no great advantage when the snow is 2feet deep and freezing.
Cunard advertise all cabins by square footage including balcony this is very misleading and if this happened in an English hotel you would have some redress.
The conclusion stay away from Queen Victoria Queens Grill suite Q5.

"Cunard advertise all cabins by square footage including balcony this is very misleading and if this happened in an English hotel you would have some redress. " I think you have your argument the wrong way round. If Cunard DID NOT adverise that the cabin size includes the balancy then it would be very misleading. But, as you have correctly pointed out, they DO. So how is that misleading ? Just because you yourself don't like something, does not make it misleading.

Cunard should show the square footage of cabin and balcony separately. If you don't find this misleading, please spend a few thousand, book a Q5 and find somewhere to swing the cat.
