Just returned from a cruise on Queen Victoria. The ship was amazing and completely restored my faith in Cunard, following a previous, disappointing cruise on QM2. There is absolutely nothing I can find to criticise about Victoria and I was heartbroken when we had to disembark. Perhaps the only flaw in this particular trip (summer getaway), was the lack of information provided by the coach transfer companies on arrival at Le Havre, for Paris.
Quality of Food5
Great choice, promptly and excellently presented
Entertainment5
Very professional, even during a force 7 storm
Shore Excursions5
Great choice and not overpriced, when compared with DIY trips / taxi services, inadequate bus timetables to Brugges, etc
Staff5
Could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional
Children's Facilities5
The zone has the most up to date equipment for all ages.
Onboard Activities5
Plenty to do from morning to night...not enough hours in the day
Cabins5
Very spacious, very clean..plenty of drawer space (don't forget to look under the bed for more drawers !)
Overall Rating5
