14 days around the canaries, great weather was a good start, check in way quick as usual and the suite was a nice size with a restricted balcony that was due to a steel front.
We have read many reviews with people saying the service standards have gone down, the food has dropped in quality , we found none of that , in fact we thought the standard of service in the Britannia restaurant better than last year , the food was hot and served quickly.
The menu has been trimmed a little due to the addition of 2 vegetarian options, which seemed a little over the top but we found something every night that was reasonable.

The entertainment was standard as far as we are concerned, the same shows spread over the 3 ships , come on Cunard let’s have a bit of variety.
The one criticism I have is the drink prices have gone up again, making Cunard one of the most expensive for drinks (bearing in mind they are duty free) no drinks packages available.
We did our own trips on the islands as we have been their before , but from talking to other people the trips were good if a little overpriced, no change there then.
We use cunard as we find the calibre of people tends to be higher , no drunk shouting and swearing aroud the bars etc.
Finally we spent a lot of time in the casino in the evening , the staff their were great , very friendly and helpfull, they even bought us a few drinks which was the icing on the cake.

All in all great trip, good staff, we really enjoyed it and we are going again in August, not sure if we are going to the Med or the Baltics, depends on the UK Summer.

The star rating should be 4 and 5 star on this review , not sure how they are so low when everthing i commented on apart from the shows was good or very good. my review should state 4 star plus.

I have cruised on a number of lines, including Cunard, and I have NEVER encountered drunk shouting and swearing on any ship. If this is the only reason you choose to cruise Cunard then in my opinion you are missing a lot.
