The cruise was supported by Gardeners World and we were accompanied by John Cushnie and Bob Flowerdue who took interested parties to selected gardens on each of the island stops. John C and Bob F also gave talks on board the liner, all done to a very high standard. The cruise itself was excellent with brilliant Room Service and good food in the dining room with entertaining waiters. Pity the old ship is gone! We enjoyed our first cruise so much that we are booked on Queen Victoria next January!
Quality of Food4
Always in the allocated dining room where we ate Menu dishes - there was always a good choice with ample servings and the service was very good
Entertainment2
The entertainment was good but the seating arrangements could have been better - `having a flat floor did not help and it was difficult to see from the back
Shore Excursions5
All done underGardeners World
Staff5
Our oriental steward - we orderdered tea at 0730 every morning any you could set Big Ben by his punctuality. Always cheerful
