The Crystal Serenity cruise experience was simply splendid from start to finish & I most certainly could not fault any aspect of the trip or arrangements. The flights to & from the ship went without a hitch. The whole ship was pristine clean, the staff all very courtious & attentive. All the food venues were different & all reached a very high standard in variety & presentation. Entertainment was varied to suit all tastes with no loud intrusive music to shatter ones peace when desired. All in all, a very positive experience & I would not hesitate recommending Crystal to anyone of my friends who fancied spending that bit more to really enjoy top class service.
