Overview: This is a comfortable ship with classic looks, and, with its deep draft, rides well in unkind sea conditions. It appeals to couples and solo travelers of mature years who enjoy visiting interesting destinations in the comfort of a ship that is unpretentious yet pleasing...

Do I assume from your own comments that all your gradings are undersatated by one star? Your "average" onboard activities is gived 2 out of 5 stars (average is surely 3) and good entertainemnt is given an average 3 stars. To try and compare the range of entertainment on the 3000 passenger Poisia with a ship less than a quarter its size is not really an effective comparison. Of course the Poisia will have a greater variety although I must say that I have seen both a comedian and a rock guitarist performing in a lounge on Marco Polo but never on MSC.
We were on this ship too and had an outside cabin on Baltic deck (no balcony cabins on Marco Polo) and can wholly agree with your review. Food excellent in restaurant. Buffet ok afternoon tea good could sometimes get busy as the afternoon tea is only from 3.30 to 4.30 so a bit rushed but this happens on all ships when everyone arrives back from trips and have to use the only restaurant open.
