My wife and I travelled on Costa Europa over last Christmas and New Year. ,never again! Entertainment was so bad even the Italians left the shows half way through. We suffered theft from our luggage and spent hours trying to see the security head without sucess. Reception staff treated all with distain ,prices were sky high (half pint beer £5 then added service charge). My advice -travel with a British cruise line. Food and service was most enjoyable , cabin excellent and the steward was charming; sorry to say this but it was not one of our best experiances. Philip Upperton.
