First of all the itinery was fantastic, but the flights on air france were horrendous the ship was clean but very tired looking the waiters, bar staff, and cabin crew were brilliant although all were unhappy wtih their work, no officers were in sight until after the concordia disaster, and the matre de's were a joke. THEY WERE VERY UNHELPFUL AND JUST DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW if you said anything the poor waiters or bar staff got into trouble. All in all if the places visited had not been fab it would havw been a disaster. As it is I will not be sailing with costa again

all favourit except Sanya this was a rip off 20 euro for visa 7euro for shuttle to be dumped at a shopping mall rubbish

Raymond, the waiter in the restaurant , he was always happy and cheerful. Very helpful and made everyone feel special

by the time the instructions were repeated in 5/6 languages i had lost the plot and gave up

We are going on the Costa Classica to the far east in March, can anyone let us know about visas as we have asked them, but sadly due to their reputation i do not trust thier answer can anyone please help, also any tips on excursions. Many Thanks Jacqueline
