Our last cruise was on the fabulous Celebrity ship Summit.
We had one week in the caribbean and two weeks transatlantic back to Southhampton.(no flying home) bliss.
This was called a back to back cruise.
That's the good news. The bad news is that American Airlines lost our luggage on the outward journey to New York.My husband and I faced a three week cruise with only one suitcase.
We were very upset but everyone on board Summit made life as easy as possible for us.All the staff, from concierge to the table waiters and cabin stewards were a credit to the Celebrity cruise line.
The caribbean islands were lovely, and everyone on board enjoys the inside amenities. We had a balcony, which was lovely
and we could not fault the service. Well done celebrity.
ps our suitcases turned up5 weeks later.
