DO NOT GO ON A CELEBRITY CRUISE SHIP MILLENIUM WE ARE ON IT AS I SPEAK AND IT IS A NIGHTMARE. THEY HAVE RANSACKED OUR CASES AND LEFT ALL OUR CLOTHING CRUMPLED AND STOLEN 2 BOTTLES OF EXPENSIVE CHAMPAGNE FROM THEM (WHICH WE WERE TOLD ALLOWED TO BRING ON BOARD 2 BOTTLES PER CABIN) APPARENTLY ON THE 1ST MARCH A NEW ALCOHOLIC POLICY BEEN BROUGHT IN REGARDING BRING WINE ON BOARD HOWEVER NO ONE HAS A COPY OF THIS OR HAS ANY KNOWLEDGE OF IT TILL I COMPLAINED AS TO WHERE MY STOLEN CHAMPAGNE HAS GONE. THEY HAVE ALSO BLEACHED ALL THE LIFTS AND DAMAGED ARTICLES OF CLOTHING AS USED PURE BLEACH AND IT HAS TAKEN ALL THE COLOUR OUT IMMEDIATLY ON TOUCHING THE HANDRAILS. THE FOOD IN RESTAURANT AT BREAKFAST DISGUSTING AND THE GUEST RELATIONS DONT WANT TO KNOW. APPARENTLY EVERYTHING HAS TO BE DEALT WITH AT HEAD OFFICE IN MIAMI. HOW AM I GOING TO DO THAT WHEN ON SHIP AND LIVE IN THE U.K. NIGHTMARE CONTINUES 10 MORE DAYS TO GO

Sorry for the duff info, I don't know what I was thinking about - must try harder.

I suggest you perhaps make contact with carnival senior staff, either in the UK, David Dingle is the UK CEO, or in Miami where Micky Arison is the CEO.

Thankyou I have just left the cruise and now on way home so will write soon as arrive back in u.k. On board I have been to customer relations every day and written 6 letters the customer services on board is disgusting and the security is a real issue when cases are being opened on portside riffled and robbed. Anything could be put into the cases and then sent to the cabins. Remember 911. Incidently scissors knives were not taken out ( and forbidden) only alchol wine is not forbidden only the hard liquer which we did not have. There is a scam going on in Puerto Rico with Celebrity permission it seems. Thanks again ANN

Wrong organisation. Celebrity is owned by Royal Carriabean International and not Carnival.
