Overall an excellent cruise. Sightseeing.. The very best aspect was that we visited some wonderful ports of call. The two trips in St.Petersburg were un-missable. The Peterhof Palace and gardens were breath-taking, probably the highlight of all the tours. The tour guides were excellent, both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Copenhagen is indeed "wonderful". Another "not to be missed" excursion is a visit to the Tivoli Gardens and Theme Park. These are beautifully landscaped and there are a variety of very good eating places. A walk around the city and the Nyhavn canals is a delight. Cabins..The accomodation was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, the balconies are a good size. Restaurants..Comfortable, good decor and excellent food and service. Could not fault the wide choice of food and on one or two occasions when we had particularly enjoyed a dish previously the head waiter ordered it for us even though it was not on the day's menu. Excellent and varied places to eat all over the ship, especially a "healthy food" section by the pools. Room service breakfasts were great, well presented and always on time. This service was especially useful on the days we had to be up and about early for full day excursions. Entertainment..Some good shows at the theatre. In addition there were entertainers in the lounges around the ship. Michael's bar was packed out every night, due to the popularity of Perry with his piano playing and quirky sense of humour. Activities..Excellent gym, pools etc. Did not have a great deal of time for organised activities due to numerous excursions. The captain, officers and crew were all friendly and obliging. Don't miss this cruise.

I am going to the Baltics in May, can you advise which excursions to go on in Russia & Berlin. Also what sort of clothes for day wear. from your review I am getting excited. thankyou
