What a fantastic ship this is,can only give it 10 outof 10.The service was exellent right from cabin steward to waiter and assistant. The food was of top quality both in the main resteraunt and buffet.Did not have to wait in a line at the buffet whatever time we went,be it breakfast or lunch or afternoon tea.The ship had plenty of activities both in the daytime or in the evening.Entertainment was varied ,there own production shows were exellent, pity they did not do more we loved them. They had good excursions at each port in the carribean. Our cabin ondeck9 with balcony was lovely and comfortable. The master of the ship the captain was informative and had a great sense of humour. He set the tone of the ship.Cant wait for our next Celebrity cruise in September.

Hi, nice to see a lovely review on this ship as people have been commenting about the refit coming up,being a bit tired etc, hopefully we will be on it on 28th (BA flights and all that)! We are doing the Panama Canal, reviews say its awesome! Question from my Hubby, is there tea in the cabin? Thanks for the review. .Margaret

Hi Margaret, Lucky you going on the 28th. We have booked for Christmas/New Year through the Panama Canal. We sailed on her last August and really enjoyed it - hence selecting her for our Christmas cruise. Try the cafe near the Spa if you don\'t want a cooked breakfast - excellent. Don\'t forget to write a review - will be looking for it.

There will not be facilities to make your own tea or coffee in your cabin - but room service is free and they will bring you a pot of tea or coffee at any time of night or day. With biscuits or a snack, if you like!
Question by O\'Neil, St. Helens (15 Mar 10 22:01) about a COMMENT by Bosscat (15 Mar 10 10:01)
Hi Bosscat, regarding tea and coffee in your cabin, I was wondering if you knew anything about China teapots in the staterooms on board Eclipse, I am being serious here! I was reading an executive of Celebrity\'s statement on the day Eclipse was \"introduced\" on Saturday and read about the teapots. I was interested to know if it was a pot that you took to the drinks station, or, are there facilities in the cabin, this being a ship aimed at the British market? If you reply and tell me to phone Celebrity, then well and good, but I know you love a challenge!!! Keep up the good work, Happy cruising, Dave.
