Britland, what has taken you so long to enjoy the Celebrity experience??? We were on a Canaries cruise on board the Eclipse a few weeks after she entered service in 2010 and found her to be wonderful, after saying that, we prefered our maiden cruise aboard the Constellation in 2006. I was interested in you stating that Santiago de Compostella was your favourite, we loved it as well because our church in Haydock is St. James the Great and it was nice to go to his "resting place". Were you lucky enough to see the giant thurible, full of incense, being swung from the ceiling? It only happens, unless you pay a few hundred euros, on St. James day and Easter Sunday. We were there when there were lots of pilgrims and the thurible was swung on three occasions--- spectacular. Happy cruising, Dave.
