What a load of rubbish, ignore this 'review'. Evidently the poster did not do any research beforehand.

The reviewer has every right to comment on how he found his cruise, he does not have to ask your permission or only post reviews that you and other people like you agree with.

As we all have a right to comment, I found Blu on of the best restaurants at sea. If we had had any problem with the food, an alternative was quickly offered. Eclipse has 417 reviews on here, 15 are one star. In the end you have to take the average, so Eclipse would probally rate 4 star.

The alternatives were also overcooked or salads wilted!

Sorry have to agree with Brown - we were Aqua class and found Blu very dull and totally over estimated...food was better in the MDR...would not bother with upgrade to Aqua again as all we seemed to get extra were some scented sticks in our cabin and a few extra holes in the shower system.

You most certainly don't just take an 'average'. You value every customer's experience, and this was clearly a bad one. That, though, is beside the point. You wrote ''ignore this review'' which was arrogant and thick-headed.

You should also get out more if you thought that blu was good gordon ramsay would have thrown the chef overboard.

Personally I would throw Gordon Ramsey overboard, rude and arogant man. Tried one of MPW restaurants, awful food, and the next table to us agreed. Gary Rhodes restarant is the only one I would re-visit.

He's going on holiday not sitting an exam! From where do you get the arrogance to tell other people to ignore someone else's opinion? The only thing to ignore are ill considered and rude comments. Step forward Smilth!

Were Turning Japanese!

By Collette Apak

Over the last couple of years we have seen a huge rise in the number of people booking cruises that visit Japan. Maybe it’s the fact that many people have done the Mediterranean & Caribbean itineraries and are now wanting to look at somewhere different or whether a certain Joanna Lumley has prompted people’s interest after her TV series? Who knows? But in answer to this demand we are celebrating all things Japanese this week. I would certainly like to take a trip there and see...

What Is Your Number One Priori...

By Freddie Moser

Freddie Moser's blog

So since finding out recently that I am going to become a dad for the first time (which I am probably foolishly ecstatic about), my priorities in life have taken something of a change of late! When I found out a couple of months ago, I started to look at my life. Where I was, what I have achieved, and what kind of future I wanted for my wife and imminent child. This little bit of soul searching has initially made me fixate at cash flow, which I’m sure is not unusual! So I have thrown myse...

Do You Remember The Cruise?

By Gail Ryan

Gail Ryan's blog

Do you remember the BBC television show that featured singer Jane McDonald and helped launch her television career?Well, whatever you thought are about that, she is currently on our television screens on Channel 5 presenting a new series about cruising. Have you had a chance to watch it yet?If you haven’t, I would recommend that you try to and catch up on the first two programmes – there will be 4 in total. To be honest I though it may be a bit cheesey! But I have to say that I ...
