World Ocean & Cruise Liner Society Name Holland America Line Best Overall Cruise Value

World Ocean & Cruise Liner Society (WOCLS) members once again named Holland America Line as the Best Overall Cruise Value in the industry. The thirteen-fleet line has been given this merit for the 16^th year in a row.
